Conference Fee
Conference Fee (including: accommodation, meals and Conference Dinner, Conference materials and publishing one paper (in ECE S (having IF = 1.900), or in CDEM (having IF = 0.400)).
Conference Fee:
for Authors and other Participants till June 30th 2024; 600 € (2500 PLN)
for Authors and other Participants from July 1st 2024: 650 € (2800 PLN)
for Young Scientists with contribution* till June 30th 2024: : 400 € (1600 PLN)
for Young Scientists with contribution* from July 1st 2024: 450 € (2000 PLN)
*having positive decision of Conference Scientific Board

Requirements
Abstract
Max. 200 words without quotation and references. Please input abstract into the conference system. It is possible to submit 2 abstracts per Conference Fee (Presentation / Poster).
Programme Committee reserves the right to change the classification of the contribution (lectures/posters) or refuse it.
Papers
We are inviting Conference Participants, present in Warszawa, to publish a paper (without additional cost) in one of the journals in ECE S, or in CDEM.
Presentation
We ask all authors of lectures to create presentation. Duration of your speech is 12 minutes + 3 minutes for discussion after your presentation.
Presentations should be clear, legible, so that texts, pictures, graphs, tables and equations were clearly visible from a distance. It is necessary to test and upload your presentation before your Session.
Additionally, we are encouraging you to send us the full text (of your presentation) that can be published on this site just after the Conference.

Poster
Maximal poster dimensions: 60 cm (width) x 84 (height) cm – A1 format. The posters will be numbered in the Conference Program. Posters presented during morning Poster Sessions should be hanging from 8.00 am till 1.00 pm. Posters presented during afternoon Poster Sessions should be hanging from 2.00 pm till the end of the dinner.
Additionaly, we are encouraging you to send us the full text (of your poster) that can be published on this site just after the Conference.
